What data and why

We process the data you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or through social media (name, contact details, description of your case and the documents you choose to share) to answer you, prepare a quote, deliver the service you requested and comply with legal obligations such as invoicing.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your request, the performance of the service and compliance with legal obligations. We keep documents only while needed for the service and invoicing data for the periods required by tax law.

Who we share it with

Only the bodies needed for the service (Tax Office, Social Security, AIMA, registries, consulates), the qualified professionals who perform acts in your case and technical providers bound by contract. We do not sell data.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent, through the contact above. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
